“Pleasant stay but a couple of improvements could be made”
+Clean, grab and go breakfast, pool, on the beach, restaurant/bar in hotel. Convenient bus system into town.
−Jacuzzi didn’t seem to work properly. One of the plugs in the room didn’t work and there was not enough of them. Bugs and spiderwebs all over balcony. Front desk staff could be more friendly/welcoming.

“It was a beautiful weekend. Parkshore was everything we needed/wanted it to be. Comfortable and clea”
+The on-site restaurant was fabulous! Loved that the beach was right outside our door, with a firepit!
−Could of had fruit for breakfast as well. Not even bananas were offered.

“Disappointed. Second and final stay. First time was great which is why I returned.”
+Good location, enjoyed balcony view of Grand Traverse East bay.
−1) TV didn't work. Someone came up and fiddled with it, said it was good but it worked for about 1 min after they left. WiFi was constantly losing signal making TV freeze up and lose station. Same for my ipad, wifi unreliable. Had to move to different part of hotel for suitable connection. 2) Was looking forward to using in-room jacuzzi but it was full of hair. Nasty. They say no pets but it looked like someone bathed a dog in the jacuzzi. So, no jacuzzi for us. Waste of money choosing room with jacuzzi.

“Our favorite place to stay in TC”
+Always a great, comfortable stay. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly, great location and beachfront.
−Restaurant was too busy and was an hour out on room service.

“Fair value. No issues, but nothing stellar.”
+Friendly and accommodating front desk staff. Not crowded. Room and halls were all pretty clean, no weird smells. Quiet.
−No major issues. It was one of the cheaper options that was right on the beach, so you get what you pay for. Pool area doesn't have a locker/changing room. Coffee and breakfast weren't very good, but nothing else is within walkable distance.
