“Enjoyed our stay”
+Room was clean. We had a river view. Upgraded to executive and it was worth it.
−Room was supposed to be sound proof. We could hear traffic on the bridge all night. We could hear people walking in the halls and we could hear our neighbors.

“Clean, comfortable and good value. Very central to hospitals which was the reason for our stay.”
+Very clean and bed was super comfy. Restaurant was excellent. Staff very friendly and responsive.
−The room was a bit warm and hard to regulate temperature, but staff brought up a fan and the windows had vents. Was able to cool down the room to a comfortable sleeping temperature.

+It was a nice spacious room, very clean, though I didn't get lucky with the view- room overlooking parking. Otherwise great!
−There was a loud party on my floor, wasn't resolved after I called reception.

“Lovely room with the odd shortcoming.”
+Great restaurant with friendly staff.
−Hot water took forever to reach my sink on the fourth floor. Room was too cool. I was unable to adjust that.

+The view was beautiful and room was very aesthetic for sure.
−Felt like The wall are not so soundproof that we could hear an infant crying all the time. In the evening till late night then again in the early morning

+Great river view. Clean attractive room. Comfortable bed and bedding. Microwave.
−They disable the air conditioning in the rooms for the fall and winter. We only had fan option, no cooling. Hotel gave us an electric fan, but was still not cool enough for sleeping. This is not an acceptable practice for a hotel in my opinion.

+Overall, pretty much everything
−The hot tub did not work properly. The bathroom was cramped for space & there were no hooks to hang anything.
