+Location and staff were friendly.
−The hotel is under remodeling, the rooms were dated and hallways were a disaster nothing was completed. The first room was nasty the bed had been slept in and not made, the replacement was not good either. The guy at the front desk was great but it was obvious out of his control. The next morning the lady working the front was very good at her position when we checked out she helped us get our refund of 5 nights that were canceled. Now let's talk about Booking.com on the other hand. What a shit company to deal with, very broken English spoken to the point I just hung up and chalked it up as a 600.00 mistake on my part for using them. So, if something goes wrong with your Booking just be aware they are not going to do anything, because why, they are a Netherlands company and do not operate under the principles as a business own like myself here in the US........Beware of Booking.com you may pay more Booking through the hotel but it's worth it when something goes wrong because everyone wants to blame the other person with no accountability.

“Very Disappointed , Poor Housekeeping and Lack of Basic Amenities”
+Location was about all it had going for it
−Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was a very disappointing experience. The first room we were given had clearly not been cleaned at all, and we had to go back to the front desk to request another room. While walking downstairs, I encountered another guest who told me that part of her room had not been cleaned and that her bed bowed in the middle. When I reached the front desk, another guest explained that she had been staying at the hotel since Monday, and it was now Thursday, yet no housekeeping staff had come to her room during her stay. Our experience wasn’t much better. The TV in our room had no remote. The front desk provided two remotes, both missing their battery covers, and neither one worked. We ended up having to operate the TV manually. Basic cleanliness and functioning amenities should be the bare minimum when paying for a hotel room. Based on what we experienced and what other guests reported, there appear to be serious issues with housekeeping and attention to guest needs. I was not satisfied with our stay, and I would have a hard time recommending this hotel to others. Management needs to take these concerns seriously and make improvements before expecting guests

“Run as fast as you can”
+Bed was very comfortable. No noise.
−Receptionist was EXTREMELY rude. Wifi was nonexistent so I couldn't work like I needed to. 10 minute wait for elevator.. if it even worked at all. 1 elevator for 6 floors and 3 buildings. Not handicap accessible. Had to walk 5 flights several times due to broken elevator. Found a 2nd charge from hotel on my online banking. Went to ask questions. Staff refused to show me an invoice until I checked out. Refused to call a manager. I ended up calling police for fraud. Staff refused to answer my questions about the unauthorized charge and purposely began to ignore me and help others waiting. Other people told me the same unauthorized charges happened to several people that day. Checked out next morning. Morning Staff said other staff didnt charge me right and made another charge to correct it (unauthorized and against my knowledge). He said 1 night was $302 and the next night was $54 due to "flexible pricing). I booked via Booking.com which said 5 nights at 54/night. Of course I cant pull that info because according to booking, hotel never enter my checkin on the app! Entire hotel being "remodeled" which really means everything was tore up and no one was working on a remodel. Outside po
