+Location was good for the bus.
−The room was dirty and smelly. Carpet stained and sticky. Bed broken, it had a board in the middle for support and no mattress protector. Window sill covered in brown cigarette burns. Just one cheap thin pillow. Bedside table drawers were all broken and marked. Large fridge at bottom of the bed was noisy. No tea and coffee making facilities or kettle as advertised. Nowhere to hang or place clothes except a screw in the back of the toilet door. Banging noise coming from the wall all night I reported at 6 am and was told I should have reported earlier to move rooms! Heater also made a similar noise. Bathroom had a nasty smell of mould and chemicals. Toilet seat was all worn and looked dirty. Infestation of fruit flies in the shower. Tile grouting loose on the floor. Crack in the sink, no plug. They also took a £100 deposit. First time in all my years of travelling I've been asked for a deposit. Nothing in the room was worth £100!

+Staff was very friendly, let us check in early. Cleaned our room every day, new towels and all.
−The bed was quite small and uncomfortable, the hallway was noisy and it smelled like smoke. The shower stall was also a little small, and it took some time figuring out how to use the shower.
