“It’s good location and value for money I visit few times in a year regularly but they don’t clean the rooms on regular b”
+We were in the hotel for 3 days,No one came to clean the rooms or to replace cups and towels. We had to remind at the reception desk few times but still we end up picking up own towels and cups. Very bad service we experienced.

“Apart from the lift nit working, the stay overall was great.”
+Breakfast selection was great and customer service was fantastic. They tried their best to accommodate my mum who uses a wheelchair. Room very comfortable.
−The service lift for wheelchair user wasn't working, resulting in guest having to attempt the stairs with staff help to reach room or continue to go outside and be driven round the hotel to access the restaurant area.

“An adequate hotel.”
+Bed comfortable and good pillows.
−WC was loose on its floor fixings so it moved. The seal under the shower side screen was missing. I used a towel to stop water flooding across the floor. The valve to swop between bath filling and shower was difficult to use. Getting to the bedroom meant climbing to the first floor, then down half a storey through long corridors. Bathroom has a very low ceiling - an issue for a tall person. The bedroom was very small. Adequate.
