“Most horrible experience ever with the owner of the property.”
+Most horrible experience ever! Please read other reviews that is not only me having terrible experience with this property. From the beginning, we've booked 2 rooms in Parioli House through Booking.com. One for my Husband and I, the other for our friend. After getting confirmation of the reservation, the owner/manager, whoever he was, contacted us via what’s up saying that he has 1 room for us, but not for our friend who will have to stay in another place,500m away or so. ****** We arrived in Rome ,sure thing there is just one room available for us. After insisting on getting the second room in the same house and some harsh exchange of words over the phone with the manager of the property and numerous conversations with booking.com, which once more assured us that our reservation is confirmed and valid, we got the second room. The accommodation was cheap and outdated, sheets “tired”, Bathroom tiny, no shelves in microscopic shower cabin(2ft x 2 ft),no place to put soap, shampoo (which was not provided),the bidet was advertised in add and if you call hose with nozzle installed on the wall near toilet “bidet”….. so be it. Breakfast was laughable small bottles of juice, crackers, Nute
−Interaction with Hotel/BandB owner was terrible, totally unprofessional. Payments method required by the hotel contradicts hotel description on the booking.com.

+Struttura a cui non manca nulla e in posizione ottima. La stanza dove ho soggiornato era una tripla ed era di grosse e comodissime dimensioni dotata di letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo, televisione e frigo, bagno in camera con doccia, asciugacapelli, asciugamani, carta igienica, sapone per le mani e bagnoschiuma (no bidet). L'unica cosa che si potrebbe migliorare è la colazione che è composta da prodotti confezionati quali fette biscottate, marmellata, nutella, pavesini e brioches confezionate di un unico gusto (mi sembra crema). Appena fuori dalla stanza è possibile farsi il caffè, il thè e sono disponibili le cose per fare colazione inoltre crackers e grissini e microonde.

+Нам с мужем очень понравилось жилье! Везде было чисто, каждое утро горничная выносила мусор, кофе, чай, микроволновка доступны в любое время. Очень удобное расположение, от метро 15-20 минут пешком. Рядом продуктовый магазин с большим выбором, много кафе и баров. Хозяин очень быстро отвечает на сообщения, без проблем заселил нас в 12 ночи, а в день выселения позволил оставить вещи до вечера, и мы спокойно ещё погуляли по городу. Однозначно рекомендую!
−Немного не хватало полочки в душе, чтобы поставить шампунь и гель, но это не критично)

−A las 15h, recién hecho el check in, comuniqué al propietario que el wifi no funcionaba correctamente. A las 21h llamé al propietario porque éste no se había puesto en contacto conmigo. Como solución me aconseja que introduzca el password adecuado a la red indicada en un papel existentes en la habitación. Le sugiero que eso me ofende porque supone que no tengo la menor idea del del funcionamiento de una wifi. Además le había adjuntado capturas de pantalla donde se reflejaba que la señal era pésima. Su respuesta es que los clientes están satisfechos. Todos menos yo. Para él eso es suficiente para llevar el negocio correctamente.

“Pratico soggiorno nelle zone centrali di Roma.”
+Posizione centrale, nei pressi del Museo Macro di Roma. Il palazzo è molto bello. La camera è un po' datata come arredamento, ma non manca nulla percio' si è rivelata funzionale. Il letto e' comodo e l'ambiente esterno e' silenzioso in quanto la camera affaccia su una specie di corte. Caffè in cialde molto gustoso. L'host è estremamente disponibile, gestisce le attività di ingresso e uscita da remoto.
−La colazione è sostanzialmente fatta di prodotti confezionati. Avrei comunque preferito fare il check in di persona per una maggiore sicurezza personale.

“Personale e proprietà non all'altezza. Stanza economica e scadente”

−Purtroppo il proprietario non è stato disponibile. Ci ha lasciato senza posate per la prima colazione, senza 1 cuscino su 3 necessari, con il condizionatore rotto, il letto bagnato per l'acqua che gocciolava dal condizionatore. Nel pomeriggio ci ha invitato a lasciare la camera se non ci piaceva. Soluzione poco idonea e sbrigativa visto che eravamo con un bimbo piccolo e ci voleva praticamente lasciare per strada. Abbiamo chiesto uno sconto che ci è stato concesso solo a voce. Al momento del pagamento ha usato i dati della mia carta per accreditarsi l'importo completo.
