+If you are looking for a retro vibe nostalgic experience this is your place. Came here for our honeymoon instead of booking a luxurious 5 star resort because we wanted to have the retro experience. We booked the Champagne tower which comes with your own personal pool, champagne glass shaped hot tub, and a sauna. we really liked the set up. The first night we went in the pool, the temperature was warm which was perfect. During the night I noticed a very loud and vibrating sound. I called the front desk and someone came and turned what I believed to be the pool filter/heater off from the outside. The noise went away. Sadly, the next day the pool was extremely cold and even after I asked them to turn it back on the pool was still too cold to get back into. Besides that, everything was great!
−Sound of pool filter/heater which made the pool cold on the second night stay and it was not comfortable to get into.

“Very disappointed”
+Close to a few fun things to do
−Tiles coming up around the pool, AC blew warm air and turned off constantly, hair in the shower and sink, mirrors all tarnished on all edges and sides, most of the breakfast was not fully cooked, bed lumpy and uncomfortable.

“It was fun, but resort needs to be updated.”
+Brought me and my fiance together for quality time. Alot of activites. The cxo’s were great.
−They need to fix up activities and overall resort. Everything is very outdated. The whole roof was leaking in spooners by the bowling. As well as by dining area i kept seeing leaks everywhere. The hottub in spooners also was not working , the outside pool was warmer then it.

+Atmosphere and staff
−Bed was broken, water pressure was too low, rooms need to be updated, and fresh coat of paint is badly needed. Menus definitely needs to be updated. Dining room bathrooms needs be repaired.

“Can't wait to go back!”
+Love Liz and Suhey at the front desk. Everyone from the gift shop to the bar was welcoming and helpful the entire time.
−Its a bit outdated and corney but I think if you give it a chance you'll have a blast.
