“Not great value for the money.”
+The property was very spacious and a great location
−It wasn’t the cleanest. Very dusty. No clothes airer which would have been great seeing as it rained every day. Need a few more basics. (Garbage bags. Foil, pepper and salt)

+The location is amazing, minutes walk to multiple beaches, restaurants, markets and more. Short walk to shopping centres and other attractions. Great for getting out and enjoying the location.
−The unit was nicely kept, but maybe a little tired. Small things like towel rails and toilet roll holders are loose, we found a draw with Gym cloths and shoes in the master bedroom. And we had an electrician enter with only 30 minutes notice (We were informed as early as I believe it was known)

−The stairs leading to the room. I didn't realise it didn't have an elevator until I arrived but that was my fault, I should have checked

“Excellent accommodation, affordable.”
+Kitchen, dining & living room was a great size. 2 showers, 2 toilets, nice size bedrooms. Private carpark. Close to restaurants/takeaway.

“Satisfactory, overall and we did enjoy our stay.”
+The apartment was spacious, facilities were as described, the bed was extremely comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
−Couldn't fit the car in the garage supplied, had to leave it in a visitor car space. There were 4, if you missed out, the car was on the street, with time limits during the day. We had to climb 42 stairs, we were on the top floor, no lift. We weren't told which floor we were on, only that there was no lift! Some of the stair carpet coverings were loose. Only 2 towels for the week, one roll of toilet paper, one cloth and a very small teatowel. To leave the place as we found it, I think more cleaning things should have been available.

+Great spot for getting to beachfront, surf club etc, Able to park up and leave the car, get to most places. Glenn very friendly and accommodating.
−The bed wasn’t particularly comfortable. It felt like it was a cheap mattress, pillows were just awful- thin (again cheap). No doona (winter stay) just a blanket supplied. Not what I expected for the nightly rate. Lots of stairs to climb to get to the room (no good for people with mobility issues). Some maintenance needed on the stairwell carpet - loose carpet (tripping hazard).

+The location of the apartment was excellent easy working distance to beach, parks , shops etc We stayed in unit 11, very nice open space rooms, fresh air ,sunlight with light breezes from the beach. furnishings comfortable, modern with well equipped kitchen. The management Team for Paradise Pacifique were friendly& helpful providing us with extra dates for our holiday and available fro assistance when required.
−This was a first stay in Cotton tree so we weren't familiar with location of shops, bus routes and restaurants in our area. A suggestion : would be useful to have some of the local shops and restaurants menus included in the unit information booklet. The booklet in our unit only had one outdated menu, we have added to the booklet with some of the restaurant menu we enjoyed.
