“No way pls don’t stay here rather go for a hotel”
+Location was ok but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone specifically Asians or people with family.
−1- No basic facilities like kettle, water bottles etc these are basics I can write down full list. 2- No help even to support with your luggage we were with 2 small kids of 3 and 5 years and have to take the 5 big bags ourselves and when we asked for help the guy said it’s our family business and not a five star hotel and by the way they charged us 120 euros per day. 3- The hotel shows pics of lake but has no views to it and we despite of booking well in advance was sidelined despite of being a family. 4- All rooms are so close that even a person speaks his or her voice is audible. 5- Our strong recommendation is pls n pls book another we hotel, we being a genius 3 level on booking com site would never ever recommend it to anyone who wants to have good experience. 6- There was no one at the reception most of the time one person doing everything can u imagine but that’s the truth. Anyways good luck

“Hidden Gem!”
+I have stayed at a lot of hotels throughout Europe and the experience I had here is at the top of the list. The location is absolutely perfect and only a short 5-10 min walk from the main Old Town area. The hotel is unique and has a quaint vibe. What really impressed me was the people who ran the hotel. They were so kind and welcoming. My husband and I made a mistake with the amount of nights we booked and didn’t book enough nights. They were so kind and luckily they had availability and we were able to stay there another night. What could have been a stressful situation was made easy and we all had a laugh about it. We also received a cute little gift bag outside of our door before checkout that contained some candies, a keychain and a souvenir plate. I would recommend staying here to anyone. It’s a true hidden gem. (Also- what you see is what you get. You can instantly recognize the property when pulling up to it and the hotel and rooms are exactly like the photos!)
−There wasn’t anything to dislike!

“Kellemes szálláshely a folyó partján.”
+Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés, szép kilátás, finom ételek. Kedves személyzet. Kényelmes ágy.
−Kicsit lehetne jobban figyelni a tisztaságra és a régebbi szobákat felújítani.

+Dobrá lokalita, do centra lze dojít pěšky. Večer lze sedět v restauraci nebo na balkoně nad řekou. Bylo nás 5 a pokoj nám dali vybrat ze dvou možností. Snídaně plně dostačující.
−Více baklavy k snídani 😉
