“Very friendly and helpful staff”
+The staff are very friendly and helpful. They store the luggages for us after we checked out. The breakfast area was very small but there's a good variety of food. The room is very clean too. I also like the location because it's only a few minutes walk to the bus station.
−Not used to not having window screens, but I believe most hotels in Aguas Calientes are like that.

“Decent stay in Aguas Calientes”
+Great water pressure and hot water. Kind staff. There is a beautiful view from the window and a small balcony which was nice.
−It was a bit noisy at night from nearby bars and in the morning from the busses passing by. The facilities could use an upgrade and the room was fairly small but overall it was still a decent stay for 1 night.

“A very comfortable and welcoming hotel.”
+I loved this hotel. The rooms were nicely done and cosy and we had a cute little balcony which was an added bonus. Staff were friendly and it was one of the best breakfasts we’ve had with a great buffet and they cooked us a fantastic omelette which was what we needed for the day ahead. They also stored our bags while we went up to MP.

+I loved everything, the staff especially the kitchen chef was so nice and always helpful. The room was beautiful and comfortable with a balcony to the street which wasnt that noisy for us, not at night at least. Breakfast was woth lots of choices and they even made it vegan for my friend. We liked everything ♥️

+Great view and awesome location, very comfortable to walk everywhere. Would stay here again because of the location, nice old building, feel as part of the culture, tasty rich breakfast, helpful people. Hot shower, enough space for 2 people.
−The room was on the second floor, very noisy from the road, very thin balcony doors and windows, and curtains don't close completely. Sleeping with ear plugs is nessesary.
