+The property is excellently located, right by the bay and near some lovely restaurants. Olga was an amazing host, super helpful and friendly and helped us plan various day trips and gave great knowledge about things to do in and around Kotor. The welcome local cake and coffee was a nice touch. The rooms was pretty good and spacious and we were able to access the roof terrace outside.

“Must stay! Excellent villa and lovely host Olga.”
+The villa is phenomenal. Located just near the river/ocean. Rooms are clean. It is quiet and peaceful. The host Olga is a very kind lady, helped us with a lot of city infos be it boat tours, cable car tour, breakfast places, everything. She is the best just like her villa.

“Would definitely recommend this place. Perfect location and great host”
+Was such a perfect location and the host, Olga was very knowledgeable and helpful. Made the best traditional cake for us on arrival and coffee. Very kind!! The room was very comfortable and clean and we had a small balcony with a view to the water. At the end of the driveway was the water and many cafe/restaurants.
−There are a few flight of stairs which are fine, just a bit difficult if you have heavy suitcases but we managed fine.

“Excellent location close to all amenities”
+Olga was very friendly and helpful and informative of the local area, places to visit and how to travel to them. We received a tea/coffee on arrival with a sweet treat and the following day there was a traditional Montenegro cake waiting for us in our room. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed linen and towels were changed every other day. The location is excellent, in a quiet area and the surrounding area is beautiful. Panonija is a stones throw away from the waterfront and a 10/15 minutes walk to the old town. There are two supermarkets 5/10 minute walk away and the main bus station is 15/20 minutes walk away. A taxi from the airport is 40 euros and back to the airport is 30 euros. We can highly recommend Bonita 99 just across the road from Panonija for drinks and the pizzas are exceptionally good. The staff here are very friendly too. Overall, we would recommend staying at Panonija.

“Spotlessly clean, wonderful staff and a beautiful seaside location.”
+The apartment was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location is beautiful, with a lovely sea view and the sea just a minute walk away.
−Our only complaint was the sofa bed, which was a bit uncomfortable to sleep on. Everything else was excellent.
