“I recommend it”
+We stayed in this house for 7 nights. There was a bed for my 8-year-old daughter, and we found it very comfortable. The kitchen was very useful for us. There's an Edeka supermarket and a bakery nearby, so we were able to enjoy wonderful breakfasts. We easily arrived and returned from the airport by S-Bahn. We traveled extensively on the S-Bahn and transferred to the U-Bahn. It's also well-located for transportation. We loved the neighborhood. It's surrounded by business centers and offices. It's very quiet and classy. Overall, the house was clean and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for your hospitality.
−There is nothing we don't like.

“Great place for great money!”
+The room is located nearby the train station and the city center, which is great. Also there is a supermarket in 300 meters, and a subway station.
−We needed an iron!

“Poor”
+The location is good.
−I saw some bugs in the room. There is no air conditioner. There is no response to our requests and messages. Not enough towels and does not change. Not enough explanation to use laundry machine and drier.

“Would not recommend”
+Laundry facilities
−The windows were locked and the apartment has poor air circulation so you feel like your are hermetically sealed in. There is no AC or fans so it's terribly uncomfortable in hot weather. The lighting is poor and ill-suited to reading or doing work in the apartment. The tap water tastes disgusting.

“Great location for Munich transport”
+Very spacious apartment. Basic but has everything you need. We would stay here again.
−We needed better information about the air conditioning. It took ages to find the wall switch to turn it on!

“A great hotel for singles and couples with all conveniences nearby.”
+A great apartment with everything. Easy to get keys with code (at entrance). Nice sized room with kitchenette and bathroom. Washing and drying facilities (2 euro each) downstairs. Shops and train station nearby. Office only open in mornings but the staff friendly and English speaking.
−There was nothing to dislike.

“Nice and cozy place”
+Check in was super easy, lady at counter welcome us and she explane us everything that we have in the area in case we need to buy groceries. Cleaning stuff was super nice, super fast and they keep whole place super clean. Place is also conected with city train what makes is really accessible directly from Munchen airport. When we come back to Munchen in future we will definitely try and stay here again. Thank you.
