+Staff and family, always helping guests. Away from noisey traffic but very close to everything. Very kind and welcoming guests all the time. Vivi helped my a heavy suitcase. Clean and very quiet location Close to eating(local warung- small eating place) and coco supermarket

“Amazing UBUD Stay 🙏”
+The location is perfect for walking to many attractions and restaurants. The host family took very good care of us! Our room was cleaned everyday, fresh water given everyday. They made us feel very welcome in their family space. The food we ordered was fresh and very tasty! 🙏 Thank you so much Mr. Pancer and loving family. 🫶

“Very good start”

−There was construction going on next door. I would categorise it as mildly disruptive... they didn't start early enough to wake me and it wasn't particularly loud but hearing banging amongst the birdsong did dampen my experience slightly.

“Peaceful and friendly home stay”
+The family here is just so lovely and welcoming! It is a true family home and they make you feel like a part of the family. The breakfast is lovely. The room was cleaned daily and always felt very clean. It was very quiet and peaceful and away from the noise of the main road.

“Great place, good WiFi, nice staff”
+Really good quality for the price. Good WiFi : I could have some calls on Microsoft teams without issue. Very nice staff, they even invited me to a ceremony happening in the neighborhood, and they helped me book a transfer to Gili T . Strongly recommend.
−The room felt a bit humid when I arrived. But It disappeared as soon as the A/C was turned on, so it was fine.

“Excellent family stay and great value for money”
+We absolutely loved our stay at Pancer House. It is a very family-friendly place and we were treated extremely well from the beginning. We felt at home throughout our stay. The hosts were very kind, welcoming, and always helpful with any questions we had. Our daughters also loved playing with their daughter, which made the experience even more special for our family. The breakfast was delicious, and the bathtub was very useful for bathing the children. They also offered laundry service at a very reasonable price and helped us rent a scooter. Another important point is that we did not have any mosquito problems during our stay, which made it even more comfortable. Overall, it is very hard to find better value for money in Ubud. We liked it so much that we extended our stay, and we would have stayed even longer if there had been availability.
−Only minor points, as we were very satisfied overall: the bed was a little firm for our preference, and the air conditioning was directed straight towards the bed.

+Great place inside a courtyard, when you enter from the street it's like entering a precious garden. It's very lush with lots of plants, a pond with water fountain and the cutest litte bunny roaming free. I had breakfast at Pancer house and it was delicious every day. The neighbourhood is great, away from the buzz in the city center but still super well connected. I loved walking around the small streets and I discovered lots of cute shops, spas and cafés. i really loved this place and I will stay here again next time I'm in Ubud.

“Je recommande sans hésiter!”
+La gentillesse des proprios, le rapport qualité prix imbattable, la propreté et l’emplacement un peu en retrait mais proche de tout. Les déjeuners sont de se mais corrects, le matelas était dur. Il y avait des travaux à côté mais autrement, je recommande vraiment!
