+My stay at Panama Garden was fantastic !The room was clean and comfortable with a great Mountain view. But also the staff went above and beyond to make my trip special , the breakfast buffet was delicious,I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Moshi.

“Wonderful stay worth it.”
+My stay at Panama Garden Resort was fantastic from start to finish. The reception team gave a wonderfully warm welcome, and the restaurant staff provided excellent service alongside delicious food. The pool area was extremely clean, refreshing, and a great spot to relax!
− Nothing,everything was great!

+The staff were very helpful. Lovely people!
−Door locks, throughout the facility. I stayed in two separate rooms twice, once in the main building, and later in one of the ground floor detached cottages. Neither of their bathroom doors lock properly. And both the entry door lock malfunctioned. Otherwise it’s a pretty good facility in Moshi! Recommended.

“Clean rooms with extremely slow service.”
+The rooms were clean and in good condition. Good for a short stay.
−There are many things that we did not like. First of all the service in the restaurant - it was just unacceptable. After ordering the food, it took 1 and half hour to serve. And this happened not once but twice. Unfortunately, there were not much in that area and hence we were forced to eat there. There is no lift in the hotel. Also, the location is not good at all. There is nothing nearby! You'll need a taxi to go to the center.

+I stayed one night upon arrival to Moshi. I was warmly greeted late at night. Check in was super easy. They take a copy of your passport. My room - even though I’d booked a single - was much larger and had a double & single beds. Room was clean and tidy with enough plugs for charging your gadgets. There were toiletries including toothbrushes, soap, shampoo & lotion. Breakfast was included and I even got a nice chef-made omelette. They have a nice sitting area by the pool or you can sit inside. The lodge is quiet and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I wasn’t sure how to get the hot water to work but to me the water was lukewarm. Good enough for a quick cleansing.

“Panama is loved because the staff (the driver - Johnny) working there goes the extra mile.”
+Staff friendliness. The effort done to assist you. The comfort of the rooms. The manager is an excellent manager, sorting out and accommodate ones needs
−The food was not brilliant. The food is over cooked most of the time. I did not have breakfast which is included in the price. I feel they could make an exeption and at least prove an amount that I could use with another meal.
