+Our holiday was perfect. Food, Beach, Aquapark, Spa, Kids club and our room were exceeding our expectations. Personnel was very responsive and nice. Hotel is clean and comfy. Strongly recommend for family holidays. Our kids 14 and 9 yo enjoyed a lot. Kids club is big and nice. Lots of things to do there. Also, we liked that spa is close to Paloma Aqua. After having fun in aquapark we could relax in spa, sauna, hamam. Thanks to personeel for our very nice vacation.

−The Street entertainment was sadly missing this time and the street has lost it's vibe.

+Everything! Friendly/knowledgeable/caring staff, location (was close to the Convention Centre), proximity to the City, great services, fantastic food and it's variety, facilities, beaches, social programs, assistance with tours, fast internet, flexibility with extension of stay, etc. I regret not remembering all names of great people we met at Paloma Grida Antalya, but I wish to express special thanks to Mehtap at the reception and Melike at the restaurant. Well done! Thanks to all for making stay of my family so special!!!

+We loved the premises, the room and the facilities available. We didnt leave the resort as we just wanted to enjoy it and relax. The food was great, a lot of variety that suited our tastes. The staff were generally friendly and helped us in all that we needed. They provided a rail for the bed for our toddler, clean and sanitized highchairs for the meals, accomodated the requests on the spot.
−One thing was unavailable which was the kids soft area in the kids club. It would have been nice to have this activity available for our toddler when the sun was at its highest and we didnt want to sit by the pool or beach.

+The auqapark. Nice room . The evening shows, nice for the Kids.
−The bad was awful . On the first day, I informed the reception that the bed was extremely soft and the mattress was completely worn out. I asked if the mattress could be replaced. But they didnt change it .

+Wunderschöne Anlage, lecker Essen, super Personal. Einfach herrlich

“Katastrophe”
+toller Mini Club, tolle Mini Disko.
