“Very disappointing experience and extremely poor value for money”
+Nice hotel exterior, good beach, friendly restaurant staff and great location
−We stayed at this hotel in September 2026 with my husband and our one-year-old child. Although the property looks stylish and impressive, the actual service is nowhere near five-star standards. Reception was inattentive and poorly trained. Their English was also surprisingly weak. The most frustrating experience involved a receptionist named Zhanar. When booking through Booking.com, I specifically requested a quiet room because we were travelling with a small child. Instead, we were given a ground-floor room with a terrace right at the intersection of two pedestrian pathways. The hotel considered this an upgrade, but it was certainly not what we had asked for. The following day, at around 10 a.m., on our way to breakfast and the beach, we stopped at reception. Zhanar offered us another room of the same category in a quiet and secluded location. We explicitly asked whether we could move later, after breakfast and some time at the beach. She reassured both my husband and me that this was absolutely fine. Yet at 11:30 a.m., while we were at the beach, my husband received a message saying we had to relocate before noon, as no rooms would be available afterwards. He rushed back to recep

+A huge thank you to all the staff who made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. I especially loved the architecture and design of the hotel. Everything is very thoughtfully planned , beautiful perspectives, clean lines, and the way light and shadows change the space throughout the day. It’s simply a very beautiful place to be. The beach is wide and sandy, with comfortable sunbeds and gorgeous turquoise water. The rooms are spacious, modern and comfortable. There is a huge water park, great fitness classes, and a lovely seafront area for walks. The food is fresh, tasty and varied , perhaps nothing particularly sophisticated, but consistently good with plenty of choice. Overall, hotel is a beautiful, modern and very comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back.

“hôtel à garder dans sa liste”
+L'hôtel bénéficie d'un cadre soigné, sublimé par des espaces verts impeccables. Les logements sont parfaitement intégrés à travers le domaine et, côté plage, l'agencement des transats est très bien pensé.
−En revanche, plusieurs aspects ont terni notre expérience, notamment au niveau de la restauration. La salle à manger principale est très bruyante, même lorsque l'on s'installe à l'extérieur. Du côté de la propreté, les sets de table ne sont pas toujours impeccables. Quant aux boissons, le vin blanc est tout juste acceptable, tandis que le vin rouge n'a pas du tout été à mon goût. C'est vraiment dommage de ne pas pouvoir accompagner un bon repas avec un bon verre de rouge. Enfin, un point de vigilance pour la direction : cette année, trop de clients déposaient leurs serviettes de bain sur les transats dès le matin pour les réserver. Il faudrait être beaucoup plus strict avec ce type de comportement, car cela peut vite gâcher l'expérience des vacances.

+Die Anlage ist schön und familienfreundlich. Das Essen bietet eine grosse Auswahl, und das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig. Besonders sympathisch fanden wir die Katzen, die auch im Aussenbereich willkommen sind. Side lässt sich gut erkunden.
−Der Ausblick entsprach nicht der Erwartung, die durch die Buchung entstanden war. Zudem war die Zimmerreinigung nicht überzeugend. Einige Bereiche und Gegenstände im Zimmer wirkten abgenutzt oder rostig. Je nach Zimmer können Geräusche und Gerüche von der Restaurantlüftung stören. Die Rettungsschwimmer am Strand waren häufig mit dem Handy beschäftigt. Das Hotel daneben Paloma Orenda bietet mehr Kinderunterhaltung.

“Es war soo schön”
+Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass mein Aufenthalt in jeder Hinsicht exzellent war und dieses Haus zu den besten gehört, die ich seit langem besucht habe. Die Verfügbarkeit von Liegeplätzen war durchgehend gewährleistet, und die kulinarische Qualität sowie Präsentation der Speisen waren hervorragend. Die Zimmer überzeugten durch ein modernes, ästhetisches Design und tadellose Sauberkeit. In allen Bereichen des Hotels begegnete mir ein professioneller, serviceorientierter Ansatz, eingebettet in eine beeindruckende Hotelanlage. Aufgrund dieser durchweg positiven Erfahrung habe ich das Haus bereits in meinem Umfeld weiterempfohlen, was bereits zu einer weiteren Buchung führte. Ich plane definitiv einen erneuten Besuch.
−Es ist in der Tat bemerkenswert, dass ich keinerlei Kritikpunkte feststellen konnte.

+Rozlozenie apartmanov vo vilkach obklopenych zahradou. Areal rezortu ke velmi pekny. All inclusive je velmi dobre. Ponuka jedal na vysokej urovni.
−Nedotiahli dokoncenie. Detaily ktore vam uberu z nadsenia. Flakate uteraky, sedacky, Chyby v stavbe, praskliny a celkovo take ako nedokoncene veci.
