+The staff deserve a 10/10 for their exceptional service. They were always incredibly kind, warm and welcoming, and they made me feel at home. I have absolutely no complaints about the staff.
−My disappointment lies with the owner’s lack of personal involvement and transparency regarding the major construction project taking place diagonally across the valley, below the resort. This is not construction on the property itself, but the noise significantly affected the peace and tranquillity I had specifically chosen Palm Terrace for. After two weeks of exploring Bali, I had booked this stay to relax and enjoy the beautiful views. I believe guests should be informed about such significant disturbances before booking. Although the owner did manage to address one source of noise remotely, the main construction noise continued. I would also have appreciated a personal approach from the owner rather than leaving the staff to deal with an uncomfortable situation that was not their fault. Finally, I became seriously unwell, with significant vomiting, after my last breakfast at the resort. I cannot establish the cause with certainty, but I would kindly encourage management to pay particular attention to food freshness, storage and handling. +The best staff I have ever experienced in Bali! Their friendliness is truly heartfelt. The place is a nice spot to just relax, surrounded by palmtrees and Gunung Agung in the back. The food is amazing and we really enjoyed our rice field trek organized by the hotel.

+We had a wonderful stay at Palm Terrace. The place is absolutely beautiful, with an incredible view and such a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The food was fantastic, and the staff were genuinely kind, attentive and always happy to help. A truly lovely place to slow down, relax and enjoy the surroundings. “Ontzettend fijn verblijf met lief personeel”
+We hebben genoten van het uitzicht en het zwembad. De tuin is goed onderhouden. De kamers zijn ruim en schoon. Ook vanuit je kamer heb je het prachtige uitzicht. Erg fijn is dat je in de kamer voldoende drinkwater hebt. Wij hebben scooters gehuurd bij het resort voor marktconforme prijzen. Dit werd direct door het personeel verzorgd op aanvraag. Over het personeel gesproken, ze zijn bijzonder vriendelijk en attent. Het komt oprecht over. Verder is de keuken goed en ook eerlijk geprijsd.
−Het was prettig geweest als er kussens zouden liggen op de zonnebedden. Ze liggen namelijk niet super comfortabel. Daarnaast zul je er rekening mee moeten houden dat je wat afgezonderd ligt. Er zijn geen warungs op loopafstand gelegen, zodat je in het donker met de scooter op pad zal moeten als je ergens buiten het resort wil eten. Amed is overigens goed bereikbaar vanaf het resort. Voor kinderen zijn ze heel lief. Het zou leuk zijn als er wat spellen beschikbaar zijn voor kinderen/volwassenen want er is voor kinderen, anders dan zwemmen, niets te doen. Op booking werd aangegeven dat er een speeltuin is, maar lijkt een foutje.
