“Horrific”
+No wifi, no cleaning service at all, bug infested, linen dirty, staff on drugs, manager witnessed me get assaulted by a man staying at the hotel for free and did nothing
−Stay was horrific. They should be shut down, permanently

+The room had 3 beds and a full size refrigerator.
−Could have used another air conditioner in the front room, but it was exceptionally hot there.

+Location
−The man at check-in was rather rude, and having to ask for towels, washcloths, and toilet paper every day makes you feel like a criminal just for asking; the pool could use more attention, but otherwise, it was a good stay.

“Staff was as wonderful as they possibly could have been, but didn’t feel safe and roaches were a huge deterrent.”
+The staff were very friendly despite the issues that we had. Being across the street from the beach was great. Unfortunately, that’s the best I can say.
−We did not feel safe. There were clearly activities going on on property that makes a single mom and kid not feel safe. A resident they tried to get me to spend time with him in his room and another one looked at my four year-old daughter in a way that no grown man ever should. I understand that that’s what you get staying in a budget type place but if we had anywhere else to go, we would have left. Unfortunately, that was not an option. Also, the first room that we were put in, had a German roach. Both rooms had dead, Palmetto bugs which is understandable considering the proximity to the beach, but a German roach is not something I could deal with. Rooms did appear like they had been cleaned decently although grout in the showers was pretty disgusting. But as far as regular cleans, it seemed good and that’s coming from someone who cleans for a living. I do want to say that the staff was very quick in getting us moved to another room and they were very helpful, as helpful as they could be. The lady at the front desk also said that she was having pest control come in first thing Monday morning. But just the overall environment and the fact that there was a German roach makes it to w
