+Location was great! The host was very friendly and helpful. The room it's self was quiet spacious and although being on the main strip you don't hear the crowds downstairs. Would recommend!

“Perfect for a family of 4-6 - right in the mix of Split! VERY spacious and characterful.”
+It’s right on the front and backs onto the old town. So you can explore, eat and drink and be home in minutes! The apartment is MASSIVE! Loads of space, clean and comfortable!
−I love the property. But maybe it could use a second bathroom!? Also, beware it’s on the 3rd floor with no lift. But because it’s right in the town on the Riva we didnt mind that. The view is great and you are high enough to be above the noise from the bars n restaurants below.

“A pheasant stay!!”
+- The location was amazing, right in the heart of Split, a few minutes walking distance to the bus station, the ferry port, many restaurants, clubs, bars, shops, markets, etc - The gentleman who welcomed us was very nice and helpful - The air-conditioning in the room was absolutely needed and helpful
−- The double bed was made of two single mattresses, which made it slightly uncomfortable - Our room was on the third floor, with no lifts

“Overall a good place to stay but needs some maintenance and attention to detail to be 5 stars!”
+Great location. Rooms were clean.
−My room had a tub. I tried to use it but the water wouldn’t fill up past a few inches. 1/3 rooms the AC barely worked. One of the rooms only had 2 pillows and they couldn’t provide more. One of the showers started leaking halfway through the stay so we had to share a bathroom. They did make up for the inconvenience with a refund.

+Perfect location. Kind host. Though the remote controller of AC didn’t work properly, the host did his best to solve the problem, which worked very well. We appreciate his kind support.

+The place had the amenities as listed. Ema meet me at the buza gate and lead the way to the room. She then explained things and gave me some recommendations on where to eat and what to so. She proactively checked in to ensure my stay as comfortable and if I had any needs
−Nothing it was great
