“would definitely consider it again.”
+not everyone wants to walk through the medina streets to find a hostel, and this was perfect for my needs. the hostel is very well maintained, and has clean rooms and beds.
−it could use a little uplift, and some personality, also some basics should be there (hand soaps, etc). also the shower were not maintained well, although i didn’t use them, but their state was not the best.

+Uncomplicated
−I have stayed at this riad several times and want to keep my review fair and factual. Unfortunately, I had a personal interaction with the owner that I found inappropriate and boundary-crossing. Since his phone number is displayed at the riad as a contact for guests, I believe it is particularly important that communication remains respectful and professional. In my case, the interaction had a sexist undertone and left me feeling that the boundary between professional contact and inappropriate personal advances had not been respected. As a woman, I want to be able to trust that an official contact with a host will not be used for communication that makes me feel uncomfortable or disrespected. Unfortunately, this experience has affected my overall impression of the place.

+The price is cheap, so if u dont care much its good
−We got a room without Windows, the staff was smoking and drinking while they have a lot of sign saying there is a fee if you smoke or drink. The shared toilette are very dirty or not working and the beds and everything were dirty a bit.

+I had a wonderful stay at Palm Hostel in Marrakech. The atmosphere was warm, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The staff were incredibly kind and always ready to help with recommendations and anything I needed. The hostel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the Medina and all the beautiful sights of Marrakech. I especially enjoyed the social vibe,it was easy to meet other travelers from around the world. I highly recommend Palm Hostel to anyone visiting Marrakech. Great value, amazing hospitality, and an unforgettable experience. I would definitely stay here again!

“Awful Stay for 1 night!”
+It's only cheap, but it is worse than you might expect.
−Everything was aweful. A quick glance of what you will see: - The bed linens have clear stains. - The beds were absolutely uncomfortable. - The room was too small. - There was no wardrobe in the room. - The bathroom was too dirty to be used. - When it rains outside, you will find a pool has been created in the reception area from the rain drops.
