“Disaster - avoid!”
+It is close to the airport, but not close enough to justify staying here!
−Horribly unclean. Bedding consisted of a mangy fleece blanket - no sheets. Bathroom - no bath towel, no hand towel, no bath mat, no hand soap. 'Kitchen' - bare, dirty. Also, it is pretty unsafe - hostel rooms are accessible from the street. Nothing like the pictures shown on Booking.com platform.

“Pay more for a better place to stay”
+It was close to the airport and cheap. The lady at reception was lovely.
−Late at night a male receptionist checked a girl into my room, turning on all the lights and waking us all up. The bed was very uncomfortable and I didn’t feel safe staying here, the doors do lock but you arnt given a key, they are left in an unlocked box outside the room.

“Didn’t feel safe leaving my passport and laptop there without me being there. It was just before a flight so moved them”
+Close to airport and price
−Doors to rooms didn’t lock, no door codes used, and there is nothing stopping a member of the public going into your room. Lockers weren’t fixed to facility so can easy move and break into lockers. Lead to poor sleep

“Scam hotel”
+I don't know his name, but the short Oz guy in his 50s or 60s working there was the absolute worst and incredibly arrogant. Despite it being their mistake, he treated us like suspicious individuals and tried to kick us out while we were just waiting outside the front desk to find another place to stay. However, I am deeply grateful to another male staff member who was kind enough to hold our luggage while we looked for a new place. That awful Oz guy needs to admit his mistake and make sure he never does this to anyone else again.
−This was the absolute worst experience. I made a proper reservation and arrived at the property, only to be turned away and kicked out because "the rooms were already full." To make matters worse, I have not received my refund yet. Do not trust this place. Highly NOT recommended.

+I enjoyed that the 4 bed room I shared had its own ensuite
−I think the bunk beds, even tho are brand new, are designed for children. The mattresses are too thin, and you could feel the bars which are part of the frame through the mattress. It is a backpackers and $40 for a bed was not a bad price.
