+The first room we checked was old and stuffy, but we asked if they had a better room. He showed us a flat with a balcony and we had the floor to ourselves with added cost. The deck on the roof had an amazing view of the wharf. There were plenty of options for dining just outside the building.

+The property is adjacent to a small marina. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. The view from the roof deck is beautiful. The window in the room was on an airshaft.

+Exceeded our expectations! Right in the heart of Sferracavallo, our suite had a private balcony overlooking the bay. The room was very spacious and updated, with a separate kitchen/hall/bathroom with a washing machine. The air conditioner in the bedroom worked perfectly, for the warm Sicilian summer. Everything that you need is within walking distance (markets, restaurants, bars). The train station to the center of Palermo is about a 10 minute walk, with about a 15 minute train ride (use the Trenitalia app to buy tickets and look up schedules) . The price was super affordable for the amazing accommodations we received! Highly recommend!

+It was nice that they had a secure parking area otherwise there would be nowhere to park.
