“Neue Zimmer in altem Palazzoambiente”

+Great and central location for exploring Catania! Easy checkin process and staff (Giovanni and Valeria) are pros at making me feel welcome and at helping me find great places to eat and to do in the area. Rooms were immaculately clean. I would stay here again!

+We booked a balcony room, the “balcony” was barely bigger than the size of my foot, not worth the upgrade at all. The room was clean and got cleaned daily. A little sketchy checking in as you need to go through 3 locked doors (unlocked with a key fob) an elevator with a key code, and then a normal key to get into your room. Much, much different than a hotel. With that being said, the staff was super friendly and nice and the owner did give us some really good recommendations for places to eat during our stay.

“Dramatic and comfortable”
+Incredible entry late at night. Very Bond in Cuba. Spooky great worn arches and giant doors with3 separate entry systems to work through. Finally revealing gorgeous stairwell opening into lovely modern renovation. Glamorous well equipped and comfortable. Staff were incredibly helpful too . Loved it
