+Great location as so many have said - everything within walking distance. Staff was most helpful and went above and beyond. Breakfast was great, easy - especially enjoyed the croissants. Great art - frescoes and sculptures throughout the building. We’d come back - and hope to soon.

“10/10 4 stars”
+It was clean, huge, great sunlight. Better than some hotels I’ve stayed at didnt feel like a B&b. Had all amenities. Such a comfortable place. My parents loooovef the place felt like a palace. Staff was really sweet and caring. Location was great a short walk from everywhere. Great food places nearby. Accessible to eveything without being tooo loud. I would recommend to everyone. They have a huge lift. Views are amazing. Beds were cozy. WiFi worked great. Also showers were great. Loved how the bathroom area was separate makes it easier in 3 ppl even though rooms weren’t small. And showers had warm water and were clean and great. Clean property. If you can’t tell we were so impressed and loved our stay also surrounded with a lot of tables around to eat and hangout
−Nothing.

+Amazing palace with the hotel on the 3rd floor. All of our group of 7 would highly recommend this hotel and stay again. It felt like you are in a 16th century palace.

“Fabulous location”
+Location location location! So close to the Duomo and centre of Florence. The terrace view is unbeatable - we loved having breakfast overlooking the city. The rooms were very clean and breakfast was good. The staff especially on the front desk were so helpful. We arrived late when we first checked in and this was dealt with easily.
−Nothing - all was as expected.
