“We left and had to pay for this bad bad hotel”
+We paid $250 dollars and when we saw the room we were disgusted by the smell, vibe and how dirty it was. It was so disgusting that we left the hotel. Really bad experience to be charged premium money and get an experience of a dirty hostrl

+Owners were wonderful to deal with . Very helpful , apartment spotless and all amenities were available except hair condition . Which I could have probably asked for Very sweet owners

“The perfect place to stay in Parma”
+You could not choose a better place to stay in Parma. The location is less than 10 minutes walk from the train station and 5 minutes from the historical center. It is on a quiet street in a beautifully renovated old building with an elevator. Our suite was spotlessly clean and perfectly designed with a fully equipped small kitchen, spacious bedroom and a bathroom with a large walk in shower. The property is lovely but the best part is the host Alfredo who is friendly, welcoming and eager to help you have a perfect stay. We enjoyed talking with him in a mixture of English and Italian about our families in the US and Italy. Highly recommended!
−The bed was a bit softer and the pillows a bit firmer than we like, but that is just personal preference.

+Posizione comodissima, vicinissima alla stazione e al duomo, tutto raggiungibile rapidamente a piedi. Allo stesso tempo è una strada tranquilla e silenziosa. La struttura stessa è molto silenziosa e non ho sentito rumori di altre camere. La stanza era piccola ma molto confortevole e non mancava nulla. Anche il bagno molto comodo. Ho apprezzato molto il tepore e l'ottima temperatura. Tutto molto pulito. Bollitore con tisane, te e macchinetta con cialde per il caffè a disposizione. Soprattutto va sottolineata la cordialità e disponibilità del gestore, davvero ottima.
−Nulla di realmente negativo. Al limite forse potrei dire che il lavandino del bagno è molto piccolo, ma in realtà non è stato un problema.

+La chambre est petite mais elle est agencé efficacement. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour y passer la nuit. Le personnel a été souriant et disponible.
−La chambre au premier étage a peu de lumière du jour, elle a un petit balcon qui donne sur une maison accolé qui bouche en partir la lumière. La propreté en visuel semble correct mais en déplacement le matelas car la télécommande était tombé derrière, il y a avait plusieurs miettes/détritus.
