“Ok”
+Great location on the main square of the town. The staff was very nice and friendly.
−The room was uncomfortably small. We were 3 people and there was barely space to open our suitcases. Breakfast was nothing special. It was very limited, with small portions. The terrace where breakfast is served is nice, but there is no one really around to check on you or so that you can easily ask for something. There is also some noise coming from the streets, but I guess it’s not easy to do something about that.

+The building and the room was absolutely gorgeous. The staff were amazing. The location was amazing. It was honestly one of the best days ever certainly the best day we’ve had in Morocco.

“Under no circumstances should you stay in Room 6.”
+The staff were friendly and helped us with our luggage. The hotel is in an excellent location and features a beautiful terrace,perfect for enjoying breakfast or taking photos.
−However, Room 6 is in desperate need of renovation; do not stay in this room, or you’ll end up just like me,unable to sleep all night. The mattress on the left side is sagging, and there’s a persistent, foul odor in the bathroom. Given that there were other rooms available that day, I have no idea why we were assigned this one,I’m very disappointed.

+The property is close to a significant drop off point. In bound with luggage this was a huge pressure relief on the day.. The property itself is an interesting one, I am not sure how to categorise it exactly but I suppose Palacio is a good description as any. More specifically, it combines a restaurant, roof top cafe with lodging all while apparently moonlighting as a mild form of a nightclub. Ultimately this seemed to suit the bohemian nature of chefchouen. One thing to be sure is that the rooftop is great, fantastic vista available from above. Super confused why we had the area to ourselves at sunrise. Our room was clean and had plenty of space and there is a mini fridge (empty) which could come in handy. Nice Andalusian motif. Staff were relaxed and helpful
−Something that increased my anxiety levels was a loose fitting toilet seat cover which twisted independent of the ceramic. Funny how something small like that can make a big difference in the middle of the night when you can't see. An easy fix. The place can get a bit rowdy in the evenings but at least it's full of energy. Maybe some people would love this

+We had a great stay. The room was small but lovely and full of character, it was also clean and tidy. The service was fantastic and the rooftop terrace was exceptional.

“Si vous souhaitez du calme, prenez autre chose.”
+L'emplacement est idéal, le personnel très sympathique, la décoration agréable & la chambre propre. (Quelques odeurs d'humidité dans la salle de bain, ouvrir la fenêtre à réglé le désagrément) Nous avons dîner au restaurant, c'était bon & abordable. L'équipe de cuisine a fait très attention à l'allergie de mon conjoint, Thé & petits gâteaux de bienvenue appréciés. Terrasse avec une très jolie vue.
−Malheureusement nous devons nous aligner avec les précédents commentaires. Si vous souhaitez du calme, choisissez un autre établissement. Notre chambre était au dernier étage, proche de la laverie, & de l'accès terrasse proche de la cuisine du petit déjeuner. Donc si vous aimez traîner le matin c'est compromis. L'établissement reçoit de grands groupes touristiques ... bruyants. De plus, pour un établissement qui affiche dans son règlement le respect des autres résidents entre 9h & 23h c'est loupé. L'établissement lui-même ne respecte pas ses propres règles. Nous avons dû écrire au responsable le premier soir passé 22h, animation musicale (et nous n'avons rien contre les gypsy king au contraire ) bien trop forte au rez-de-chaussée qui clairement par manque d'isolation & fenêtres ouvertes est vite devenu du tapage. La musique a cessé vers 22h30 mais un anniversaire a fait reprendre les hostilités jusqu'à minuit trente. Même avec les boules quies le sommeil a été compliqué. Vous le voyez venir, le soir d'après rebelote : en continu cette fois . Musique, anniversaire, applaudissements, cris ....fin à minuit trente et obligés de descendre pour faire part de notre mécontentement. Bien qu

“un Riad exceptionnel avec un personnel 5 étoiles”
+Le Riad Al Andalus est fabuleux, il reflète bien l'identité de la ville. Son personnel (Hajar, Hanane, Aya, ...) est d'une grande gentillesse et professionnalisme... Le riad est un bijoux, vue superbe, assez propre, petit déj et service parfait, personnel attentif aux besoins du client, c'est un havre de paix, un espace qui vous fait voyager et rêver... fantastique !

“Maravilloso”
+Su ubicacion, su comida, y la amable atencion de Bilan, quien amablemente me recocio en la estacion de buses y luego tambien me acerco al taxi para mi regreso. En general todas las personas del hotel muy atentos y amables. El mejor atardecer de una de sus terrazas, con vistas de la ciudad. Una maravilla.
