“Nice stay in Split”
+Very nice host, helped me a lot with my bags and all the information, he actually gave all important information......The tea coffee in the room is super, it's central location, near from all locations
−If there is a microwave it's nice as no breakfast option is available.

−The hot water boiler is enough for a less than 10 minutes shower. After that you need to wait the boiler to fill to have hot water

+Great location, and a wonderful surprise when we opened our shutters to see how close we were to the Gold Gate and the huge Grgur Ninski statue. Eugen is a great host, very informative and quick to respond to messages. Easy walking from the ferry to accommodation.

+We arrived well before check in 1030am and check in wasn't til 2. The owner's son was cleaning our apartment. He carried our luggage up 2 flights of stairs and let us store it in the room until it was ready. He went out of his way to help!

+Really friendly, easy self checkin. Good communication. Comfortable bed, all the extras you expect & more (like travel adaptors which saved us routing round in our luggage after a long flight.
−The stairs lol. We knew about them already though so were prepared. They weren't too bad tbh.

+Отличная локация , уникальная, жить во дворце)есть все необходимое, за демократичную цену! В шаговой доступности рестораны, кафе, пекарни, до морского променада 5-6 минут, магазины тоже недалеко.
−Меня не беспокоило, но может любителям идеальной тишины, не подойдет, туристы уже с утра и до ночи хотят видеть скульптуру Гругура, что рядом, но может это и изюминка)

“Repetiré cuando vuelva a Split!”
+El apartamento es amplio y estaba muy limpio. La cama es muy confortable y el cuarto de baño está bien equipado. Aunque está en pleno casco histórico es silencioso y puedes descansar bien. El dueño fue muy amable al permitir que dejase la maleta un poco antes del check-in. Hay muchos restaurantes en la zona.
−No tiene cocina como tal sino un frigorífico pequeño y una encimera con hervidora, sobres de café, té, azúcar, etc. y un par de tazas, vasos y cucharillas. Pero para mí no fue necesario nada más.
