+Nice apartment, great for a couple, in à quiet part of Vienna about à 15-20 minute walk to the center of things. Lovely staff who went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Would stay there again.

+Staff were fantastic and extremely helpful. Location was central, but in a nice quiet little pocket of the city. The suite was nice and comfortable.
−The suite wasn't cleaned properly before we arrived.

“Great stay! Love Vienna and loved staying at Pakat.”
+The rooms were very comfortable. The staff are absolutely excellent. Very accomodating and tended to our every need. So refreshing. We even gave them a bottle of wine for all the help they gave us and our elderly parents. I will definitely come back here again.

“Quiet, clean and good location”
+Comfortable bed, good linen and towels. Large bathroom with bath and a separate power shower.
−Lack of kitchen work top that was taken up by a large coffee and kettle tray. Cupboards up to the ceiling and being not tall could not reach the glasses and pots very easily.

“Do not recommend.”
+Somewhat close to train station
−The property is tired and in need of updating. The suite itself was superficially cleaned and felt unsanitary. When we arrived the shower was clogged and required maintenance to make usable. Threadbare towels and sheets and thin blankets. The kitchenette is very small with few items - enough to make sandwiches. Dishes chipped (see photo). Safety concerns in building as well. They let you store luggage, but it’s not monitored. I couldn’t recommend.

“Wish we could’ve stayed longer!”
+Loved the proximity to the train station but also far enough to get a residential feel. It was a very comfortable stay albeit too short. Would def. return.
