+In a good location. Friendly staff.
−The rooms were very cold. I used the laundry service and it took over 24 hours to be done. They finished over 4 hours after they told me it would be ready. I'd recommend using a local laundrette instead.

“I dont recommend this place! Dark, dingy and freezing.”
+Woman on reception boiled water to fill my hot water bottle and fill 2 thermal cups. Good hot shower pressure with using only the hot tap
−We arrived to accommodation about 6pm and the room was freezing. When I asked if there was a heater to use the answer was no, even when I explained it was very cold. In the morning I went to breakfast(which was included) between the times posted. The young woman asked me to wait a moment, rang someone, then told me it would be 10 soles. But I clarified it, obviously miscommunication somewhere. There was no sign of any kind of breakfast setup. I only wanted hot water and a piece of bread or bun which she accommodated. On explaining again to the new receptionist about how the temperature in the room was well below normal and asking please would they ring the manager for a heater they indicated it would be considered but nothing happened. I have traveled the world for over 20 years now and stayed in many small, cheap places but never been denied what I consider a basic human right of warmth. The accommodation might do well to consider the numerous tourists from different climates. While they were pleasant it was obvious they were not going to accommodate. The bathroom had tiled floors that were freezing in the middle of the night. The overall look of the interior of the room, entrance
