“Clean and excellently located. It is a great choice if you want to be close to Rome Central Station.”
+Everything is good. The place is very clean. The location is very convenient.
−The only thing is that when we leave in the early morning around 6:15 am, the elevator is not operating.

“very good until last day, was a very bad good bye”
+The location was good, with restaurants nearby.
−There was a bad smell in the bathroom, and the website stated that checkout was at 6:00 PM. While we were having breakfast, we received a message asking us to remove our luggage. I pointed out that checkout was scheduled for 6:00 PM, but they did not respond, we went back to the hotel as fast we could, when we arrived at our room, staff members were waiting outside, looking at us as we were wrong; we mentioned what the website said, yet they didn't even apologize for their mistake. We had to change our plans, as it wasn't feasible to carry our luggage around with us.

+Convenient location near the station, quiet, clean and functional. Great for a one night stay over in Rome.
−The check in process was a bit frustrating. I am tech savvy but we still had difficulties. Also, I was sent a WhatsApp to check in weeks in advance even when I was on another holiday so it was a bit annoying to be bothered by the hotel so many times when it wasn't convenient for me - not to mention the fact that I thought it was spam! Getting in etc was fine on the day of arrival

“Week end romantico”
