“An excellent guesthouse with a friendly host and nice and clean facilities”
+The location was on a busy road, but during the night it was not a problem. The friendly hostess and the fact we could sit outside during the evening and make a fire.
−One of the beds in room 104 (the one closest to the bathroom) was making a noise when turning in your sleep.

“Exceptional”
+Super duper friendly owner who personally welcomed us with a nice glass of wine, conversation and tips for around Stepantsminda. Comfy appartement with an equipped common area, would recommend for a few days hiking in the area. Supermarket right in front of the building. Behind the building there is another common area including a nice fireplace that is open for use!

“Strongly recommend to stay there”
+Thea, the lovely host, invited us to join a family dinner, where three generations were present. Their was singing, dancing. The rooms were simple but great value for what we paid. Seating area outside.
−The guest house is near the main road, Military Highway, for those sensitive to noise.

“Felt Like Family! Excellent & Comfortable Stay! Would Return!”
+Guesthouse Oxygen is a modern and comfortable place to stay. We recently were there with our 11 year old daughter in a three bedroom unit. It was immaculately clean and we were able to park inside the property gates. Tea, our host, was wonderful and so friendly, and we enjoyed visiting with her and learning more about her family and the Georgian culture. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom had plenty of hot water and amenities. The location was very central and our only regret is that we were there 1 night. We look forward to returning.

+Lovely experience staying at Tea 's guest house. It offers an amazing space for coffee and tea at the top floor with incredible views to the surrounding mountains. Rooms were comfortable and clean, but the best of all was the lovely host Tea very welcoming made us feel like home.

“Comfortable, warm and happy stay”
+Room and bed linens are super clean, super comfortable and warm with the heating as Kazbegi is very cold. There’s a Mountain View at the common area and the teas/ coffees are free. Bathroom have enough hot water for shower too. Location is great as it’s less than 10 mins walk to the main bus station and supermarkets (where you can buy stuff for hiking etc) and restaurants, and you don’t need to climb up a hill with your heavy backpacks or luggages. And the host Thea is super welcoming and make us feel home. She’s one of the best host I’ve met in Georgia.
