“Glad we stayed there, but never again...too expensive”
+The property was very unique. It was very pricey but it was lovely. The room was very unusual. comfortable, though. Nice touch, a glass of wine upon arrival. also we got a SomeMor kit....but no fire in fire pit.
−I feel it was overpriced. We had difficulties with the SMART TV, asked the staff for help, they couldn't help us. We were "too old" for this hotel. Everyone was very young! We are not techie and had problems "checking in"..staff wasn't to helpful either. Had to pay for breakfast...for what we paid for the room, we should have had a breakfast roll or something.

+Comfortable inn with character. Our room had a fireplace and seating area. Complimentary drip coffee and pound cake for breakfast! They also have free bikes you can use, very close to downtown! Lots of seating in lobby and outside.

“Short stay to visit our daughter who was working in Highlands for the summer.”
+Loved the bed, shower and record player- we lucked out with Fleetwood Mac. Also, lots of seating options in the room, very relaxing.
−You couldn't just access free coffee in the lounge, you had to order it.

+The property is absolutely adorable. The layout is so cozy and the rooms are incredibly unique and well stocked. Wonderful and welcoming staff. If we come to the area again I would definitely stay here.
−Really nothing other than it was a bit pricey.

+The staff is so kind. We loved the on-site coffee bar. The “hippie” theme and laidback vibe is adorable.
−If you are able-bodied this is a quaint, clean secluded place is great. We are an older couple with multiple health issues so it would not work for us. Rachel understood and refunded our money on the spot. That’s true customer service.
