“Cozy and comfortable, would book again”
+Room is spacious, nice location, close to Vatican; Washing machine is a plus.
−Water pressure in the room can be improved. A pump like sound can be disturbing when using the bathroom

+Everything was clean and beautifully maintained. We especially loved the beautiful antique furniture, which gave the place a unique charm, and the location was excellent. However, based on the photos, we expected to have two separate rooms, whereas the two beds were actually in one room. The kitchen was also shared with other guests. I would have appreciated having this information clearly stated in the description beforehand, as it would have helped us set the right expectations. Overall, we appreciated the hospitality and the lovely atmosphere of the place. Thank you for hosting us!

“Great location”
+The location is amazing! It is easy to access most of the city and has a lot of places to eat and shop. In addition, we were able to come and go as we pleased.
−The bathroom had a pump that made a lot of noise when any water was running.

“Completely misrepresented, run-down and lacking privacy and security , I felt uncomfortable”
+The property has been completely misrepresented in the advertisement. It is described as a “suite”, when in reality it is simply a room inside an old and very run-down apartment. Had the property been advertised accurately, I would never have booked it. Most concerning is the complete lack of privacy and security. The only thing separating my room from the rest of the apartment is a very old internal door. There is no proper soundproofing, no real privacy, and I did not feel secure or comfortable staying there. The overall condition and atmosphere of the apartment made me feel extremely uneasy and unsafe. I would absolutely not allow a female member of my team or a member of my family to stay there alone. This is not simply a case of the accommodation not meeting my expectations. The description and photographs give a completely misleading impression of the property and do not represent what you actually receive when you arrive. I booked and paid for accommodation based on the way it was advertised. What was provided was materially different. I therefore believe this complaint should be taken seriously and that a full refund is justified.

+It is clean. Location is great because it’s close to the metro. There is a lift. Air conditioning is a great benefit.

−* Extremely hot room; the air conditioning was not working properly. * Not suitable for families with small children. * The glass shower door fell onto our child’s head, almost causing a significant injury. * This raised a serious safety concern, particularly for a family travelling with a small child. * The accommodation was not ready until 16:00, which was a major inconvenience, especially as we were travelling with a small child. * We had to pay €6 for luggage storage while waiting. * We were told that the cleaning would be completed by 16:00, but we were never informed when the room was actually ready. * Shared kitchen and common areas were inconvenient, as the property was a large apartment divided into **three separate rooms**. * Overall, a very disappointing experience, particularly due to the safety concern involving our child.

“The service to request a taxi to take us to the airport is excellent.”

−The bed is to low and for tall people is very uncomfortable. The room is very small for a week-long stay. I would recommend it for a weekend.
