9.0“Cosy and Vibes of a Traditional B&B”
+I like the fact that it's like a traditional bed and breakfast where guests can mingle in the courtyard and the owner was really friendly. The wifi was straightforward to connect and fast and there was drinking water in the common kitchen.
−The paths back to the hotel was kind of quiet and dark so that could be a problem for solo travellers.

10.0“Lovely stay at Ayvalik”
+Our hosts were very friendly and offered us good coffee on arrival, the accommodation was impeccable and everything is as described. Erdem communicates in English quite well. Otelia is very close to the port, the last stop of the C50 minibus that starts outside the main bus station (otogar). A less than 10 minutes walk L shape route, through outdoor market, you can pay the minibus with credit card.Cunda island is 15 minutes away by minibus C10
−All good

10.0+We loved everything about our stay! This is a wonderful family-run establishment, and from the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the amazing couple who run the place. They were having a meal in their beautiful garden when they immediately invited us to join them. They welcomed us with the best coffee and made us feel at home right away. Later, they showed us our room, and it was absolutely perfect , super spacious, exceptionally clean, very well maintained, and equipped with amazing amenities. It was honestly one of the most comfortable rooms we have ever stayed in. Throughout our stay, we also had the best conversations with the Amca, who was incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming. The location is perfect , close to everything and within walking distance of Macaron Street, as well as the bus stops that take you to Cunda. All in all, this family-run place is absolutely wonderful. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ayvalık!

8.0“Acceptable, but I will not come again. Very expensive for what it offers.”
+The host did his best to make our stay confortable.
−The neighbourhood is… quite unexpected. Dirty streets and bad smell, probably from the sewage system. We could not breath while walking around this house.

−Tutto ok
