“Conveniently situated for day trips around Skåne”
+The host is very friendly. My kids enjoyed the dog and cats living on the property , they’re all very sociable. The location is great, with Kivik, Tosselilla amusement park, Ystad Zoo, and other interesting attractions nearby. The accommodation is simple, but for the price, I think it offers more than you might expect. The kitchen is functional and well-equipped enough for basic cooking; we made several breakfasts and dinners without any issues. There’s ample seating at the dining table and in the living area, which has three comfortable sofas. There are also plenty of electrical outlets throughout, so charging devices is easy. Layout description: Upon entering, you step into a combined dining room and kitchen. To the left is a wide hallway containing a crib and a bunk bed. From both the kitchen and the hallway, doors lead to two other spaces. Together, the kitchen, hallway, sofa area, and double bed area form a rectangular layout. A living/sleeping area with three sofas, one of which converts into a bed. A bedroom area with a double bed. The bunk bed area can be closed off from the sofa and double bed areas with doors, although the double bed and sofa areas are open to each other.
−The upper floor has limited sound insulation, so footsteps from upstairs are clearly audible, and the floorboards creak. On our first night, we were woken several times, mostly due to a dog sleeping upstairs whose nails made scratching noises. After speaking with the host, the issue was resolved , the dog was not allowed upstairs during our stay, and we had no further problems sleeping. Another reviewer mentioned the smell of cat food in the hallway. While the smell is noticeable when passing through, it disappears once you enter the room. The shower area is quite small. I am 189 cm tall and around 125 kg, and I found the shower enclosure a bit cramped. However, it was still manageable. One note - we needed to bring our own bedding items and towels. Its not mentioned in description, but host did inform us in time that its needed.

“Perfekt ställe att utgå från om man vill se Österlen.”
+Trevlig familj som hyr ut en del av sitt hem, boendet var rymligt och vi som en familj på fem hade gott om plats. Vi gjorde dagsutflykter för att se Österlen och boendet var perfekt att utgå i från.
