“Covered in bites :(”
+Unfortunately had to check out a day early after waking up covered in bites, we were told by a local pharmacist that these were a mix of mosquito and bed mite bites. We expressed our concerns to reception who were adamant that there was no problem. In fairness, they did send someone up to our room to check, however after being so covered in itchy bites we did not feel comfortable staying there any longer. There were lots of mosquitos in the room so just bring bug spray if you are to visit.

“BEST HOSTEL QUALITY PRICE IN FLORENCE”
+"*5/5 stars* - This hostel in Florence was an amazing find! The location is perfect, just steps away from the historic center and main tourist attractions. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and plentiful. I highly recommend it to all travelers! The price is very reasonable compared to the quality of service. I'll definitely be back!"

“Really nice hostel”
+Really nice hostel. Big rooms, free towels, free storage for bags, clean facilities. The inside is really pretty too. The women’s showers got really wet and were quite small, but not really a problem. Also close to town/ by a bus stop so easy to get into town. Would recommend.
