“A Beautiful Room Steps Away from Piazza di Spagna”
+Modern, contemporary, and comfortable room design. Beautiful, newly renovated bathroom with elegant finishes. A stylish in-room shower that adds a special touch to the experience. Outstanding location in the Piazza di Spagna area, ideal for exploring Rome and enjoying its beautiful surroundings. Very friendly and welcoming staff.
−The entrance to the building could benefit from some improvements to better match the quality and style of the accommodation. A little extra attention to room maintenance would make the experience even better. Some luggage marks were visible on the walls, which could easily be refreshed with a coat of paint or protected with a suitable wall covering.

+The area is very walkable with many restaurants and shops. The place has easy access from the street and the staff was very helpful and offered recommendations for restaurant for dinner and breakfast around the area.

+Stay was great. Staff were very hospitable and enthusiastic. We had a big storm during our stay which caused power outages but staff were quick to give us keys so we could still access the property. We booked day of and were straight in no issue.
−Water pressure in shower wasn’t great and took a second to figure out which I didn’t think I would ever say. Also right outside rooms is reception and main entrance so you can hear when people arrive and speak in that area. Neither of these are dealbreakers and really enjoyed our stay.

−Camera decisamente troppo piccola per 4 adulti, le due poltroncine-letto sono adatte a far dormire dei bambini, ma troppo piccole per adulti. Mancano ganci o appendi salviette, ce n’è sempre solo 1 per 4 persone e non ci sono sedie o sgabelli o altro per appoggiare gli effetti personali. La camera necessita di una rinfrescata di bianco, molto segnate le pareti.

+La localisation, le style chic et la taille de la chambre. La qualité de l'accueil et du suivi des clients pendant toute la durée du séjour, Paola est extra. Chaleureuse, aux petits soins. Elle est même venue régler un problème un samedi après-midi, c'est rare et très appréciable.

+Die Unterkunft ist in allen Punkten top. Ausstattung, Lage, Sauberkeit, Preisleistung. Obwohl mitten in der Stadt, ist es nachts ruhig. Paula ist ausserordentlich hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
