+I like the location. It was close to the Terminal station and a short walk to restaurants, shops and memorable sightseeing locations. The room was massive and was very clean.
−I had concerns sending sensitive personal data via WhatsApp rather than a secure portal. The room was run down in some areas (no handles on cupboards). There were no instructions on how to operate the room safe, and was told that they should be in there, but they clearly were not. The door frame to the room was broken and one hard push on the door could likely break the door frame. The beds were uncomfortable. The shower door didn't work and one door was falling off its rails, so we kept it closed and had to enter/exit via a single door. It could get noisy as it was close to a major thoroughfare.

+Fabio is exceptional and makes the place a home away from home. I arrived early and he welcomed me, gave me a room to change and store my luggage and made me feel as comfortable as possible. The location is quite great; a 7 minute walk away from Termini

“Bello e centrale”
+Posizione perfetta vicino a Santa Maria Maggiore e a 5 minuti da Stazione Termini. Strategica per chi vuole visitare Roma spostandosi a piedi.
