“really nice place to stay for exploring Symi, very central and nice! 9/10!”
+This place was beautiful! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was really nice and the pool was an added bonus!
−I wish the pool and pool bar stayed open later. Also that the hot tub was open for use and not an additional charge

“Ideal location, comfortable and clean , the only thing I would criticise is the fact that although the food was good at”
+Rooms were comfortable and clean , and the swimming pool was an unexpected bonus
−The breakfasts were adequate, but always cold. 😥

+The location was good and there was place to park. And it's close to the harbour (about 5 minutes walk). The breakfast was good and the staff were very polite. There was a bar and a pool with few sunbeds and umbrellas (although the water in the pool was a little bit cold). Nice addition were the cute and friendly cats.

“Generally a nice hotel but with a few issues which if resolved would get a better score.”
+Good location. Covered pool was nice. Staff were helpful. Our shower was broken on arrival but was fixed on our 3rd day.
−Wi-fi in room did not work reliably, it kept dropping out. The electrics including the fridge switch off when leaving the room, which necessitated a torch being required to lock the door at night. No coffee machine, just instant coffee & no milk.

“Don't stay here”
+It's in a good location. There was nothing else to like about this place.
−Staff very unhelpful. The room was shabby, not clean, shower door was broken when we reported it they just removed it. No drain covers. Towels left alot to be desired. Breakfast room and food was awful Would not recommend this hotel at all We were booked for 5 nights and checked out after 1 night

“Hôtel qui n'est pas la hauteur de la promesse”
+Hôtel très bien placé et très bien agencé au niveau des espaces extérieurs qui sont particulièrement agréables et bien entretenus. On se crorait dans un village.
−Les chambres sont assez sommaires, plus petites qu'annoncé, et très sombres pour celles des RDC. Le petit déjeuner est auvre et carrément mauvais. Le.personnel n'est pas très distingué (parle fort notamment jusqu'à réveiller les clients).
