“Perfect location nearby train station in the heart of old city.”
+Very good communication with the host, great support. Just superb location, best possible - 400 m to train station, on the edge of old city, still easy to access by taxi or car (for parking options didnt know). Be noted - this is 3rd floor of old building, therefore no lift available. Digital code access everywhere, so keep the code always with you. Very nice room, with high ceilings and some view from window. Fresh air, good bed, clean linens, good pillows. The shower room is private, but separate, across the corridor, so You have to dress up for visit, and, again, to remember code for entering back to your room :) Shower is good. Kitchen available, with very limited options: hot tea pot and basic coffe machine, microwave oven. You cant cook there. Even no regular tea cups, only paper and plastic ones, not “green”. Conad supermarket is just opposite to appartments door. Internet is fast and reliable.
−Separate private shower room along the corridor is good, but still not the comfort of internal one. Dont forget the room access code either! Kitchen with limited options for cooking is understandable, but I need few eggs in the morning. No good table to work with computer in the room, existing option with table over refrigirator is too compact, and already occupied a bit. Overall its a great place to stay, I just mention all important details good to know.

“Good location, clean, but bare bones”
+Great location, very clean, a/c worked well
−Wifi basically did not work at all. The bathroom space, toilet, bidet, and shower were very difficult to use if you are a larger than average person. My husband is 6’4” and could barely fit anywhere. Toilet seat was very uncomfortable regardless of size. No noise insulation from the hallway. Cameras everywhere were a bit unnerving.

“The Gem location in Florence”
+This location is a Gem very close to the Florence SM Novell train station within walking distance . The host was EXCELLENT. This place is located in the heart of everything shopping, restaurants and historical sites. My room was very clean living room area very clean in a quiet and safe location.

“Der absolut perfekte Ort für Florenz”
+Wir haben lange gesucht und zum Glück diese zauberhafte Unterkunft gefunden. Es war einfach alles perfekt: die diskrete und überaus korrekte Begleitung der Anreise, das helle und makellos saubere Zimmer, die direkte Lage in der historischen Altstadt u.v.m. Besonders belohnt wird der Aufstieg über eine bequeme, breite Treppe bis zum 2. Obergeschoss mit absoluter Ruhe (in Florenz eher selten) und einem hellen Zimmer. Die Möblierung ist neuwertig, die Sanitärausstattung tadellos. Auch die außerhalb der Zimmer gelegenen Bäder sind diskret erreichbar. Alle notwendigen Dinge wie Handtücher, Föhn, Kaffee, Tee usw. stehen bereit. Direkt in der Straße befindet sich ein kleiner Conad. Nach dem checkout besteht die Möglichkeit, das Reisegepäck in der Unterkunft zu belassen, um auch den Abreisetag im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes unbeschwert verbringen zu können. Die Fotos des Angebotrs entsprechen dem wirklichen Zustand. Im Fazit: - uneingeschränkte Empfehlung.
