“The Opera Boutique is a beautiful place to stay, close to the city center and we would stay again!”
+The accommodations were lovely. The room was decorated beautifully. The hosts were fantastic and full of great information to help make our stay more enjoyable. The location was perfect for walking to the center and easy access from the T2 back to SNM.
−The room could use a couple of comfortable chairs to sit in, the only place to really sit in the room is on the bed. This did not detract from the stay at all, there is a nice little balcony where you could sit and enjoy a nice bottle of wine.

“Family holiday”
+This was very well located- about 10-15 minutes walk from the main train station and the city centre. Lovely ambience. Francesca was very helpful . She was in touch with us prior to us arriving , had the rooms ready for us even though we arrived around 10:30 in the morning and gave a fantastic recommendation for an authentic leather shop in Florence! Our breakfast requests were accommodated easily. Breakfast was served promptly at the requested time and delivered to the room . The air conditioning was very effective.

“One of the BEST travel stops on our European travels thus far.”
+The location was convenient to restaurants, trolley, and train station. Our room was immaculate and styled with a personal touch by Francesca, the owner. She was a joy to be with and very, very helpful no matter what our need was.
−Our only complaint was how small the elevator was. But, we understand it is typical in Italian architecture. We adjusted quickly and was able to use it regularly.
