“Expensive deception”
+Lovely exterior area, with a playground for kids, large swimming pool and beautiful garden
−The value for money is way off... We paid 165€ for 1 night, 2 adults and 2 babies, no breakfast included. Not sure how this is defendable. The room was very old fashioned and not what is shown on Booking.com. there were things in the fridge, but they were all to pay for. You could have breakfast there which was just a slice of bread with spread and you could donate some money. To be honest for 165€ there could be nice breakfast included.

+The surroundings are beautiful and the grounds are very well maintained, with lush, neatly trimmed lawns and palm trees creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.
−However the main issue with this property is that it consists of two separate buildings: the main villa, which is shown in the photos on Booking.com, and a separate guest house, for which we could not find any photos in the listing. Since the booking was made based on the photos of the main villa, it was quite a shock to arrive and be taken instead to the guest house. Unfortunately, the guest house felt more like a converted garage/outbuilding than accommodation of the standard suggested by the listing. Directly behind it was the villa's laundry area, where a staff member worked throughout the day, washing and hanging bed linen (in front of the side window). The front bigger window always had to be closed as the car parking area was just in front. The interior itself was rather dark and damp, with linoleum flooring and basic metal beds of the kind you would normally expect to find in a hostel. Overall, the room was very different from what we expected based on the photos presented when making the reservation. The pool also appears to be showing its age, with some of the small tiles already loose or missing in places. It is a pity because the grounds themselves are beautifully maint

“One night stay”
+The Koi Carp in the pond were a very nice sight. Parking on site was very handy. The welcome was pleasant enough.
−The location was a car ride away from bars and restaurants. The pool needs money spending on it. Some tiles missing and loose tiles all around.

“Bonito lugar, hay cosas que mejorar”

−Me esperaba habitación en la casa, no en la zona de aparcamiento, molesto cuando vienen los coches y estás en la habitación. Aparcamiento muy justo, si llegas último no hay y por la mañana un café para tomar y picar algo, nivel bajo, pan duro.

+Amplia habitación y terraza.
−Aspecto de casa vieja, y el trato era como si te metieras en casa de la abuela y tuvieras que seguir sus indicaciones. Espejos oxidados, nevera y café en el baño. Armarios de Narnia y cuadros con niñas. El trato fué... raro. No dejaban que mi perra acabada de llegar meara en el jardín. Y eso que tienen gatos (me pregunto dónde mearán).

“Esperienza particolare”
+È una villa stupenda, con un parco , La piscina era grande è il parcheggio comodo all’interno
−L’appartamento era al 2 piano raggiungibile con una scala a chiocciola un po scomoda per le valigie . Struttura particolare , si respirava un aria particolare tipo setta religiosa oppure una comunità di recupero . Il cane 15€ al giorno un po troppo per le regole molto restrittive
