“Amazing hotel”
+Our stay at Open Gate was amazing. The rooms were beautiful with spectacular water views. But the best part about it was the staff. It’s a family run hotel and they are wonderful to talk with. Very helpful, friendly and always welcoming.

+Family run hotel, made us feel so welcome. Glad we picked this hotel in Praino . Even at the tail end of the season, Positano was so crowded. . Coming home to Hotel Open Gate was the perfect place to end our day. Thank you Pasquale, Daniella, Stefania and Sonia xox Angela Flick

+Open Gate Hotel in Praiano is a true gem on the Amalfi Coast! This family-run hotel offers such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, the staff are extremely kind, helpful, and always available to assist with anything you need. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and have incredible views of the sea that make every morning and evening unforgettable. Breakfast was another highlight, with plenty of delicious choices including eggs, fresh breads, yogurt, fruit, and pastries, something for everyone to enjoy before heading out for the day. The combination of genuine hospitality, comfort, and breathtaking scenery makes this hotel a perfect choice. We can’t wait to return!

+Stunning views from our room, and I think this was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff was wonderful and treated us as if we were old friends - they were lovely. Just know that walking to town is not that easy. No sidewalks and traffic buzzing around turns makes it a bit scary. You should taxi to town and elsewhere

“Better than we expected”
+The room was spacious, we had a room with four beds, it was clean and the comforters were so thick and comfortable! The air conditioning worked amazingly. The breakfast buffet had scrambled eggs! The bathroom was large with a great shower! The balcony had chairs and great views! Great hotel.

+We had a great stay with beautiful views and great staff. Washrooms and washroom amenities were way too small.
