+An incredible place for a peaceful countryside escape! It feels like a little piece of Japan in Thailand, surrounded by nature, fresh air, and tranquillity. Breakfast by the lake with ducks and beautiful swans, rabbits around the grounds, and lovely, well-kept gardens , there’s so much beauty and attention to detail everywhere! A special thank you to the lovely staff for letting my little city boy play with a duckling. It brought him so much joy! 🤍 We also had a wonderful day exploring with the hotel’s driver , everything was thoughtfully arranged, with such kindness and care. I wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful hotel and would love to return to enjoy its special atmosphere again!

“I am already looking forward to going back!”
+I recently spent two nights at the Onsen At Moncham, and it was an absolute dream from start to finish. If you are looking for a peaceful escape surrounded by nature without sacrificing luxury, this is the place to be. Stunning Accommodations: The room was exceptionally spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated for ultimate comfort and relaxation. Breathtaking Landscapes: The property itself is a masterpiece. The landscapes are meticulously designed and maintained, featuring a stunning variety of plants and pristine pathways that blend seamlessly with the mountain surroundings. World-Class Spa: The spa area is gorgeous and serves its purpose wonderfully. It’s the ultimate setting to unwind, soak, and completely melt away any stress. Exceptional Hospitality: The staff truly elevated the experience. They were consistently helpful, polite, friendly, and resourceful, always going above and beyond with a smile. Incredible Dining: The food and drinks were simply amazing,every single meal we had was delicious and full of flavor. From the crisp mountain air to the top-tier hospitality, this stay exceeded every expectation.
−There was a hectic when we arrived that our ride couldn’t park near the entrance that could organize and plan better. Second was fly in the restaurant area.

“Relaxing Staycation”
+Onsen at Moncham is one of those places where almost everything comes together really well. From the rooms and cleanliness to the facilities and, most importantly, the service, the whole experience felt very well thought out. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and beautifully designed with the Japanese ryokan concept. Having the option of a private onsen is definitely a highlight, but the shared onsen facilities are also very relaxing. It’s the kind of place where you can easily spend a few hours doing absolutely nothing, which is exactly what I was looking for. The restaurant was another pleasant surprise. There’s a good variety of Japanese, Thai and Western options, so you don’t really feel the need to leave the property for meals. The staff were genuinely warm and helpful throughout the stay, which made the whole experience even better. The mountain setting is probably the biggest reason I’d recommend staying here. If you’re coming to Chiang Mai, I think spending two nights up in the mountains at Onsen at Moncham makes for a really nice little retreat; especially if you want to slow down, enjoy the cooler air, use the onsen and simply relax for a couple of days.

+One of the best experiences I ever had. Everything was exceptional. Beautiful room, excellent facilities and atmosphere, great food. Above all warm and friendly staff. Really enjoyed the Onsen both public and private. Wish had more days to spend. Highly recommend

+Very friendly staff, delicious food and very relaxing and calm ambience! The room was as well very special for us und it was clean.
−There were 4 young boys in the open Onsen which did not stick to the rules. All of them were wearing swimming shorts, but this didn’t bother me that much. What was more annoying is that one of them was having a mobile phone inside despite that cameras were prohibited. I should have mentioned it directly there at the SPA reception.

+הכל. גן עדן עלי אדמות. הצוות המדהים, הקשוב, הרגיש, המאיר פנים תמיד לעזור ולתת לך את החוויה הטובה ביותר. הטבע העוצר נשימה. החדר המדהים, המיטה הכי נוחה שאי פעם ישנתי בה. הירידה לפרטים הקטנים. האונסן העוצר נשימה. המסאג׳ים, האוכל המעולה. החוויה הכי טובה שהייתה לי בטיול. תודה לכם. מקווה לחזור שוב בקרוב!
−יש לקחת בחשבון שהמקום דיי מבודד ואין אופציות למסעדות מלבד המסעדה, גראב לא מגיעים לאזור אז כדאי לארגן נסיעה הלוך וחזור לפני כי העלויות במלון יחסית יקרות. כנ״ל לגבי עלויות של טיול ולקיחת נהג מצוות המלון- עלויות יקרות. כדאי להתארגן מראש.
