“Worst stay we’ve ever had. We would never come back. We only felt by sorry for our young children, but we made the best”
+The only thing I liked was that it’s close to the sea and the beach, although even that beach isn’t one of the best in Avola. Other than that, I didn’t like anything.
−We didn’t like anything about this place. First of all, the staff didn’t speak English. We arrived with children, but we were given a one-room apartment, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. We parked our car in the inner courtyard, but were told we had to move it because the parking was supposedly reserved for electric vehicles only. However, the next day I kept seeing petrol cars parked there without any issues. They also accused us of clogging the sink, even though it was already blocked from the very first day we arrived. Another issue was the city tax. At every hotel or apartment we’ve ever stayed in, you’re informed about it when you check in. Here, they only told us about it on the last day, after we had already left. They then accused us of not paying the €28 city tax, even though our one-room apartment cost €825. Booking this place was a huge mistake, and we deeply regret it. Unfortunately, we couldn’t cancel the reservation. To be honest, we feel like we got trapped. The staff were extremely rude to us, and on top of that, they tried to make it seem as if we were trying to cheat them out of €28. “Totale relax senza pensieri!”
+Sono molto felice di dire che la struttura era curata in ogni dettaglio, nuova, moderna e molto funzionale. Disponibili in struttura tutti gli accessi per l'utilizzo della cucina per chi si volesse preparare qualcosa, non mancava veramente nulla. L'alloggio è molto ampio e gli spazi sono distribuiti molto bene. Ben organizzato in tutto e tanta disponibilità da parte dello staff. Parcheggio sempre disponibile sulla strada a pochi passi dall'alloggio.

“Harikaydı”
+Çalışanlar çok iyilerdi ve yardımseverlerdi. Temizlik çok çok iyiydi. Konumu sahile yakın ve etrafında çok iyi cafe ve restoranlar var. Terasta istediğiniz gibi oturabilirsiniz kendinizi evindeymiş gibi hissettiren bir imkan sunuyor.

“soggiorno in totale relax”
+Abbiamo soggiornato due notti da ONIRO ,ci siamo trovati da subito bene già dall'accoglienza ,abbiamo scelto la camera con piscina privata all'interno e per i bambini è stata una bella sorpresa, completa di tutto non manca assolutamente niente, e curata nei minimi particolari.La consiglio a tutti .
