“Stinky room. Surly host.”
+The view from the Jacuzzi (not hot).
−What a scam! The advertised description is blatantly misleading. This is not a boutique hotel, it is a two-star motel, at best. It is inconveniently located on the inland edge of town. The only so-called wild animal is an emu that they attract with food. We had zero view of anything from our room. Phil's communication is insulting and condescending. The hot tub is moderately warm, at best. Our "kitchen" was an outdoor grill in a carport with no protection from the ever-present wind. Stinky towels. Stinky bathroom.

“Really enjoyed”
+Views, the owners, and the breakfast
−The weather was lovely so we kept our sliding glass door open with the screen. The shared outdoor kitchen was also right outside, so not as private.

“Really not that pleasant”
+Great View
−We are definitely not welcome when the host show a terrible attitude to us when checking in late due to some issue we have faced for the rental car, host was also asking us to leave due to this checking time rule. and finally we paid 60 aud and manage it. Honestly money is not the problem since we honor the rule of house but is the attitude really a must? Absolutely the worst experience i have had during years of traveling，luckily rest of the WA is great, and also the breakfast provided by host was expired for half year, really do check ur breakfast before consume it.

“A lovely place to stay with friendly hosts”
+Our hosts were super friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast supplies were well organised and the deck was great for sunsets.
−The upstairs deck area: plants needed some attention and there were cobwebs around. It needed a little freshen up.
