“Location, location Location!”
+The view from the room is just amazing and we had perfect weather during our stay. Sitting by the window with a glass of wine, just magic. Communication with the host, very easy.
−The room is on the top floor but this didn’t worry us as the view is what we came for.

“Well located perfect room for a single traveller.”
+Great location. A window I could open and get the ocean breeze. A comfy bed. A hot shower with good pressure that did not leak all over the bathroom. A nice new bathroom that was sensibly laid out. Lots of hooks around the room to hang things on. It even had a view. The location could not be easier.
−Nothing. But I don’t mind stairs. If you can’t do a lot of stairs - don’t stay here.

“The host should say how many flights of steps there are to reach the room”
+Clean
−Nearly 100 steps to get to room No lights on last 3 flights of stairs potentially dangerous as had to use phone torch to light up the steps to see where you was going

“Great for a short stay if looking for location”
+The location was the best part of this stay, right on the main strip I. Split and 2 minutes walk to the old town
−95 steps to the room, stairwell dirty and uninviting. Small room, sockets badly positioned and no wardrobe to be able to unpack properly of dude table for your phone etc

“A beautiful, comfortable room in a great location”
+The room was spacious, clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room had the most amazing view of Split port and the location could not have been better.
−Many many stairs - but it’s all part of the charm. The view made it worth it!

“Chambre avec vue et emplacement imprenable”
+Emplacement et vue imprenable ! Sur la Riva, vue dégagée sur la mer, et situé à 10mn de tout, centre, port, bus pour l'aéroport. Literie confortable
−Tout était très bien. Juste prévoir un peu plus de gel douche et café pour un séjour de 4 jours
