“We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay and recommend it wholeheartedly to others.”
+The breakfast was exceptional. Baked eggs were delicious and there was a wide selection of home preserved fruits, breads and cereals. The plates and knives were high quality and suited the style of the house. We appreciated that attention to detail. Our hosts were very open and friendly without being unctuous. We liked the open access and the key in the front door. At the same time we could lock our room and felt secure. Our room was very warm when we arrived and we were made welcome. The bathroom was spacious. The beds were comfortable and the bedside lights were fine for reading. We also were appreciative of the slightly later check out time of 10.30.
−An oat milk option would have been delightful but two sorts of milk were provided. A soap free body wash would have been appreciated.
