“Avoid it”
+Extremely disappointing , nowhere near a four-star experience Our stay at Olive Hotel in Yerevan was extremely disappointing. Beyond its central location and the fact that we were allowed to check in early, there is very little positive I can say. The problems started immediately upon arrival, when we were told that card payments were not accepted. I had to walk approximately ten minutes to find an ATM and withdraw cash just to pay for our stay. To make matters worse, they did not have change, and we were not given a receipt. This was a frustrating and unprofessional welcome. The condition of the room was even more disappointing. There was a strong smell of mould coming from the bathroom, while the bedroom smelled of cigarette smoke. Neither is acceptable in a hotel room, particularly in a property presented as four-star accommodation. The bedding was especially unpleasant. Instead of one properly sized sheet covering the mattress, there were two small sheets that constantly slipped out of place. During the night, this left our skin in direct contact with a dirty mattress. I experienced itching, and the whole situation made it difficult to feel comfortable enough to sleep. Properly

“Clean and comfy rooms in the center of Yerevan”
+Clean and comfortable room with everything you need for a short stay, great location with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants around, in walking distance from the main attractions. Staff were very helpful as well.
−Minor point - a bottle of water would be nice.

+Местоположение очень классное, особенно если хочется вечером гулять в центре. От центра 5 минут пешком.
−Отсутствие паркинга. Было указано, что они резервируют место в общественном паркинге. В итоге долго искали место. Есть платный паркинг напротив.
