+Once you get into the room it is excellent. The stairs are steep and narrow but this is to be expected in many properties in Amsterdam

“Perfect location and breakfast”
+The location is excelent and if you book it with the breakfast, it's right at the corner and it's delicious.
−Everything was fine for us, although for elders or people with problems in the knees, climbing the stairs might be a challenge.

“Good place to stay for exploring the city”
+Great location, comfy beds, clean with basic things provided such as hairdryer, kettle, tea and fan which was needed. Wifi worked well. Washing machine available at a cost, though we didn't need. Lots of restaurants and bars in the area, very close to Metro station. Indonesian restaurant downstairs was very good. Key lock to collect keys but I'd missed the communication from owner re combination lock code so easy to access. Breakfast, provided at a coffee shop a very short distance away, was very good.
−It wasn't the easiest street level front door to open, there was a knack to it and took us a minute or so each time. The stairs were steep going up to the attic room and quite difficult with large items of luggage. I had read this in other reviews so please bear this in mind if your mobility isn't great or you have lots of luggage. As it was warm, we did try to sleep with the windows open but it did get noisy on one of the nights and early traffic, bin collection etc was noisy on one morning.

+The owner was a nice and kind person, he helped me with my luggage, gave me fruits and even invited me for coffee, his place is really clean and close to museums and lots of restaurants, I would absolutely stay again there for next time.

+molto accogliente e pulita, oltre al buon profumo c’è una pulizia dettagliata delle superfici. la struttura sempre disponibile.
−le scale erano ripide purtroppo, ma sono tipiche di Amsterdam.

+Sehr sauber und funktionell eingerichtet. Aus einem Dachboden wurde ein gemütliches Zimmer für 3 Personen inkl. Bad. Klo und Dusche sind Kabinen im gleichen Zimmer, aber mit Vorhang als Sichtschutz. Clever gelöst. Kaffeemaschine mit Pads standen bereit. Schöner Service.
−Treppen sind extrem steil und eng. Die Wohnungstür ist eine Dachluke... nicht für jedermann geeignet. Amsterdam live.

+Dostupna lokalita, celkem klidna ulice i kdyz se dole nachazi restaurace byl klid. Do ubytovani jsou strme schody. Je treba s tim pocitat. Jako vsude v Amaterdamu.

+Très bonne idée du voucher pour avoir le petit dejeuner dans le Bagel and beans au pied de l'immeuble.
−Il est dommage que l'appartement ne soit pas plus près d'une station de tram amis il y a le metro juste à coté
